The ideal location is in the mix of other popular bars and restaurants. We want to be in the middle of where everyone is going out at night. The other ideal location is the next up and coming area where you know the development is for bars and restaurants.

How do you handle food?

We have Food at Hoppin’ but we partner with local food operators which are usually a food truck or neighboring restaurant. We typically take 5-10% of their gross revenue.
