With zero upfront payments required, pre-sale updates are accessible to everyone with ReUp. By removing the concerns of cash flow from the beginning, ReUp can start immediately after a contract is signed. And unlike traditional real estate transactions, ReUp covers the renovation costs and then splits the profit from increased home values, ensuring higher gains from real estate sales. The company can also simultaneously allow buyers to customize the new home while financing is closing. This alignment with buyer preferences on finishes, flooring, hardware, materials, and more allows sellers and real estate agents to enjoy higher returns while buyers can customize the home they want.

The ReUp Living suite of services includes:

BASE: BASE allows homeowners to create immersive 3D digital twins of a home using cutting-edge and proprietary Lidar and AI imaging technology to customize room finishes, textures, colors, and flooring. The Professional version allows real estate professionals access to a project management dashboard, MLS integration, and structural remodels. The Enterprise version provides all of the above plus scale, reporting, and support for large organizations in addition to a home-furnishing layer with major brands as well as preventative maintenance and damage assessments with insurance partners.

SELL YOUR HOME FOR MORE: By updating a home before selling with no upfront costs to the sellers, ReUp increases the value of a home allowing the company and the seller to share in the profit.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR NEW HOME: ReUp’s patented Digital Twin platform allows new homebuyers the ability to choose from literally millions of permutations to make it their own. Instead of having to make changes to an existing home months after the purchase, buyers get the home they want the day they move in.

GO FLIP YOURSELF: ReUp and a real estate agent help buyers purchase a fixer-upper with a reduced down payments through its innovative financial model and secure lending partners. This $5k - $10K average is also credited toward the cost of the house. Buyers receive a virtual version of the new home via ReUp’s patented Digital Twin technology platform that allows for over a million home customizations. ReUp finances and manages the project renovation. Upon completion, ReUp and the buyer/new homeowner refinance at the property’s new valuation creating significant equity upside to apply against a new down payment.

From simple refreshes to house flipping and full customized and total home renovations, ReUp takes care of everything by allowing everyday people to outsmart the housing market.

DESIGN YOUR DREAM HOME: Home buyer works with agent and ReUp to customize light cosmetic refresh items in a home via BASE after going under contract, but before close of ESCROW.
