What are your ideal target growth states/markets?
Our initial focus is on the East Coast and MidWest.
Do I need to have a physical office space?
Yes, employees will routinely visit your office for applications, orientation, training, carpooling, etc. That said, the office should be relatively low cost office space near your employee base.
How can you find staff, when restaurants can't?
It starts with our recruiting centers and being a part of the community. We break down barriers such as flexible scheduling needs, education and transportation – which can keep willing and able employees from connecting with employers.
How will I find clients?
Snapchef starts by assisting you with reaching out to prospective Master Service Agreement (MSA) clients in your area, and even setup appointments to meet with them during your initial training period. It is also worth noting that our primary clients are facilities such as universities, health care facilities, resorts, sports stadiums and corporate dining facilities.
